OMG she looks sooo helpless and inocent did u draw from seeing and sketching or watching and sketching????????
Um...I have no idea what you mean...really...Anyways, I drew it by hand in science class (obviously, not paying attention to notes on the board). The Winx-style of drawing bodies is so ingrain into my memory that I can just do it off hand (I was there when it first came out in January 2004 or 2005 for North American release). This is really the first time that I've attempted to reproduce the style--really, first time. I usually draw manga.Plus, I have been drawing manga for a couple of years now so I know my basic anatomy.
It's awesome. I like how you filled out her midsection; those girls are WAY too skinny! Anyway, it looks like it could be the real thing! The only difference is the jaw. It's a little long....
Well, she is looking up at you...? Her neck is kinda under her jaw so...yeah...How can you tell that her midsection is 'filled?'
No, I mean her chin is too far from her lips. Gosh, even I can't understand what I'm talking about!
Well, I'm kinda considering that the fat and the skin under the chin gets more noticeable because it is forced to contract and expand somewhere else when you lower your chin to your neck and is forced to 'get bigger' or place its excess in another manner to, um, you know, take off the pressure...I'm not sure if it's making sense what I said but that's the best way I can explain it...it has to do with spatial sense and a grasp of basic physics and anatomy and tendency to release pressure/tension in a small area.
I'm not meaning that her chin woudn't realistically do that, but in the cartoon her chin wouldn't.Yeah, I like argueing. You know that.
Whatever. I need to work on my new submission to this site. More Roxy (I was gonna type 'crap') stuff...
I like them, their pretty. And you're right, she only has, like, three outfits in the show!
